Client Solicitation, Recruitment, & Procurement

Through its partnerships with advertising agencies and marketing firms working on its behalf in the U.S. and abroad, VRC has the capabilities to connect directly to prospective EB-5Ps. The family dynamic, socioeconomic status, potential to gain permanent U.S. citizenship, and ability to become a positive contributor to the community are all factors used to identify, recruit, evaluate, and procure EB-5Ps.

Immigration Law

VRC has established a collaborative partnership with The Global Law Group, one of the most respected law firms specializing in immigration law. VRC will work in concert with Global Law Group in streamlining the immigration process, assigning EB-5Ps to attorneys based on their country of origin.

Project Financing

EB-5 participants (EB-5Ps) are required to invest a minimum of $500,000. Following their investment, EB-5Ps will be presented a list of projects to choose from, business plans and pro-forma reports corresponding to the project(s), and a schedule detailing the disbursement of funds. Their investment will be made into VRC’s funding partner, FundingEB5.com (FEB), in which the funding and repayment terms per project will be disclosed.

Project Management

Once a project is funded by FEB, VRC will assign personnel to manage it. VRC will document, track, and report the number of jobs created directly to USCIS; and serve as a liaison between the EB-5Ps funding the project and FEB providing the mechanism to fund the project.

Personalized Network & Relocation Services

Through VRC’s various partnerships with real estate professionals and relocation experts, foreign nationals who participate in the EB-5 Program are given a clear path of transition into the United States as a permanent citizen. Once admitted into the regional center, EB-5Ps are introduced to places to live and eat, schools to attend, business groups to join, and local communities in which their countrymen reside.

VRC’s goal through this program is to increase social interaction from its participants with local residents, while easing the uncertainty associated with moving to a foreign land.
